Workforce


The majority of the workforce is drawn from across Morgan County. We have nearly 14,000 people in the County workforce, and an unemployment rate of only 4.8%. Of those of the age 25 and older, 78.6% are a high school graduate or higher, with 14.6% holding a bachelor's degree or more. Our local schools and community college work closely with our local industry partners and provide an excellent atmosphere that fosters excellence, opportunity, and professional advancement.
