Starting wage: $32,742/yr with excellent benefits!
Some of the responsibilities and duties include: assisting in organizing, planning, scheduling, and preparing for events and community trips, seeing them through completion; responsible for managing programs and assisting in or taking full responsibility of the supervision and management of staff in certain programs as assigned; assisting with the management of inventory and ordering at The Course Café; assisting with menu development and cost determination; assisting with golf operations and tending the Pro Shop when needed; assisting in the management and operation of community rental facilities and equipment; providing assistance to customers relating to recreation programs and activities; and performing office duties such as typing, answering phones, data entry, managing recreation financial transactions, filing, light bookkeeping, and composing correspondence.
Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends but regular schedule is M-F.

Cemetery & Parks Seasonal Worker
Full time for the summer season; M-F 40 hrs/wk
Some of the responsibilities include: assisting in the mowing and trimming of parks, trails, cemetery, and right of ways; cleaning public restrooms and picnic shelters; operating light equipment; assisting with burials; and painting facilities.
Golf Course – Groundskeeping
Part time for the summer season
Some of the responsibilities include: turf maintenance which includes chemical application, mowing, trimming, edging, sod installation, and irrigation; operating powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, string trimmers, electric clippers, and sod cutters; pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges; and gathering and removing litter from grounds.
Part time; 6 hrs/day
Fri.-Sun.; May 5th – Oct. 8th
Some of the responsibilities include: answering public inquiries, data entry, records maintenance and filing, membership processing, grant writing assistance, gallery maintenance, coordinating volunteers, and assisting with special events and fundraising activities.

Wait Staff / Bartender
Seasonal, part time
$7.00/hr. plus tips
Greets, waits on, and serves customers food and beverages; cleans, stocks, rotates stock, and restocks workstations and coolers; completes preparatory side work; responsible for enforcing and complying with all applicable liquor laws; cleans areas accessible by customers promptly; assists in set up and clean up the bar, dining room, and decks prior to and following events; performs general cleaning of facilities as assigned; accepts and handles cash receipts accurately; responsible for accurately and completely balancing the register; collects, washes, and puts away dishes as instructed; and assists with inventory as assigned.
Minimum of 21 years of age and at least 3 years of customer service preferred. Must obtain TIPS Alcohol Certification within 3 months of hire (City will provide the training).
