Golf Course – Cook

Part time


Some of the responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking food items as directed in a make to order kitchen; following sanitation and safety guidelines; assisting in receiving and verifying deliveries; cleaning food prep areas, work stations, cooking surfaces, and dishes; and cleaning, stocking, rotating, and restocking coolers.

Golf Course – Grounds Maintenance

Part time for the summer season


Some of the responsibilities include: turf maintenance which includes chemical application, mowing, trimming, edging, sod installation, and irrigation; operating powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, string trimmers, electric clippers, and sod cutters; pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges; and gathering and removing litter from grounds.

Parks & Cemetery Grounds Maintenance

Full time for the summer season

M-F 40 hrs/wk


Some of the responsibilities include: assisting in the mowing and trimming of parks, trails, cemetery, and right of ways; cleaning public restrooms and picnic shelters; operating light equipment; assisting with burials; and painting facilities.

Restaurant Assistant Manager


29 hrs/wk

The Course at Petteys Park is a full service restaurant and lounge located at one of the finest 9-hole golf courses in NE Colorado. We are currently renovating and will be ready to re-open in less than a month!

The Assistant Manager for the restaurant and lounge answers directly to the General Manager and is responsible for the direct supervision of all wait and kitchen staff.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the restaurant meets standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Training and orienting new staff
  • Managing performance of restaurant staff
  • Developing and maintaining accurate inventories
  • Ordering food, beverages, and restaurant supplies; meeting with sales reps, scheduling deliveries, tracking inventory, ensuring accurate receipt of the orders, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policy guidelines
  • Takes special event reservations and coordinates all details of the events with the General Manager. Assists the GM in planning for the events.
  • Fills in when and where necessary if needed

  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • TIPS alcohol certification (employer will provide training)
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in serving restaurant customers as a waiter required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising and managing staff preferred
